You may take care of your velvet headband by wrapping it in a bath towel and steaming it with a steaming iron (without any pressure). You can then lightly brush over the headband with the towel in the direction of the velvet pile. This will remove dents and bruises of the velvet. We recommend storing your couture headband safely in its dust bag and box to prevent it from getting stained or deformed. Do not wash, bleach, tumble dry or iron the headpiece. If you feel like it needs a refresh, professional dry cleaning is possible.
